DISCOVERY
About & Background
User testing revealed essential changes have to be made to the existing web and mobile app (both UX and UI) to meet user requirements and further increase usability, adoptability and provide competitive edge.
Goal
Overall simplification of the interaction, an upgraded visual look and integration of new features.
Problems
Lengthy and convoluted user flows involving too many clicks to complete an action, a complex interaction architecture which requires simplification. The old design system lacks a proper naming methodology, a clear modular scale or grid system (8pt), uses too many colours that can distract users from hotspot areas onscreen, current dashboard is not intuitive/straightforward enough.

Multiple series of iterations occurred to help define the final structure of the app flow and later the UI architecture of every screen.
