In The Hanging Garden

A music focussed precinct encompassing nearly an entire city block in the centre of Hobart, In The Hanging Garden is an extensive tiered beer garden with outdoor dining, bars and live music venues, including Altar. Signage is used to create a focal point and contextualise the precinct name – a lyric from Hanging Garden by The Cure. The logo gestures to sound waves and becomes a trellis for the neon signage and typographic messaging.
