'Unfound Bliss - With Each Door Locked, It Has Become More Difficult To Look Forward' is a conceptual research, exploring music related design, lay-out and packaging. With this project I tried to connect the fragility and emotion in music with digital design in a very direct manner, trying to retain the emotion's pureness with bare bones, honest composing.
We ought to not solely design for the purpose of matching the target audience's interest, but rather in a way to best visually translate the musical work itself. Textures, tones, dynamism, pitch, instruments and so much more; all these audial elements are vehicles for expressing the creator's emotions and enhancing the listeners'. These elements give so much room for visual interpretation — it would be a disadvantageous to put one's music in a box by using more broad references from others in the artists' genres or subculture, or by using focussing on the listener rather than the creator.
