Habitat Invest // website design refresh for a private real estate investment company.
Habitat Invest was founded in 2004 with focus on housing rehabilitation.
As a one-stop-shop, habitat Invest provides the full service from start to end: identifying potential opportunities, negotiation stage, rehabilitation, sale and leasing. Making the most out of Lisbon historical city center, Habitat Invest does everything to ensure the best profitability always with the lowest risk.
The challenge for this project was to create a beautiful website that lived up to Habitat Invest's projects. Our idea was to create a unique user experience to standout from competitors within the housing rehabilitation market.
The use of different design modules, layered one by one in different shapes and colors give the design a fluid flow while scrolling down or up. Similarly to build and layering in real life architecture, the squared shapes building up on top of each other are a subtle way to represent the business with a modern design.
The parallax effect along the website delivers a light and sophisticated feeling in line with the brand and its projects. Clean layouts, elegant typography and glamorous colors were key for the success of this project.
