Challenge: To communicate in one website both topics of “studying” and “researching” in Portugal became this project's biggest challenge but the achievement was well worth it.
Contrary to other countries who unfold the themes in distinct websites, we had to do it in one. But how to standout? How to find a common ground when we have such different messages and audiences to convey?
Startups, advanced technology, art, art movements, history, music, festivals, beautiful beaches, sun and a bit of rain too. A unique light. A warm country with warm people, that’s Portugal. You’re graduate student, you’re completing your PhD - it doesn’t matter who you are - this is Portugal and this is the common ground. It's what inspires and connects. It’s what stands out and ultimately it’s what makes Portugal the place to be.
Idea: To use inspirational content from Portugal with a high innovative design. We believe this way will convey our message, that Portugal is the right place to invest in the future. We want to amaze, to keep and to convert.
Result: An innovative, technological and futuristic website that conveys a dynamic design, strength and power. Moreover, it asks users to feel like a Portuguese. The colours, shapes and all the astonishing images were carefully chosen to align with our message: Portugal is the Future.
