I was working in the Women’s Training department at NIKE WHQ, and I have been given the project of a shoe the woman could wear before and after training, and potentially evenduring.

 

The shoe features a upper made of elastic strap with different elasticities and an ankle support piece. Depending on how the woman fit her foot in, she can decide to wear either a shoe (with all the straps over) or a sandal (straps under). The free midsole is there to provide flexibility.
