I had an opportunity to create a logo and an album cover for a new post rock band Sordid Dye.

The task was to make the logo simple, modern, using Sans Serif font. 

So below is the final logo.

Second step was making the album cover.

The name of the album is LOW. The album cover needed to be mystical, bright, with sour and dark colours. The music is about personal feelings, so it's very honest and uncomfortable. That's why I decided to make this effect by using contrast bright colours.
