British Airways had a fulfillment package for every tier of its Executive Club – Blue, Silver, Gold. They varied in size and complexity – and cost. A fresh design system for all packages brought a level of sophistication and quality expected of British Airways, and created efficiencies for both printing and production.
From an elegant vellum envelope for the lower tiers to a beautiful matte, reusable document keeper for the higher tiers, as well as a series of frequent flyer fulfillment material that informed and connected the member with British Airways. Metallic inks for the gold and silver tiers and an intense blue for the main tier identified the entire piece as unique, elegant and distinctly British Airways.
