Donna is a consistent winner of local and international awards, which include Cannes Lions, D&AD Impact, Adfest, Spikes, One Show, Adstars, Kidlat and Boomerang among others. Her most successful piece of work is Pantene Labels Against Women, which gained 57 million views and was recognised by Sheryl Sandberg and the UN Women. It also won the Philippines first Cyber Lion and a Grand Prix for Effectiveness Lotus. Donna is the creative force behind Learning Boats of Leyte, which earned the country's first D&AD Impact Pencil; and the creative lead for KFC Philippines most talked about, hugely successful relaunch campaign The First Filipino Colonel. Speaking of firsts, Donna is also the first Filipina to win a scholarship to the Berlin School of Creative Leadership.

As a creative, Donna always makes her presence felt. She creates instant impact. After less than a year from joining the award-winning agency BBDO Guerrero, she created campaigns that would win the agency more awards in international shows. Similarly, after less than a year of joining Ogilvy Philippines she was able to raise the creative output to a higher level and propel the agency to become a Top 3 Finalist for the most-coveted Best In Creative category in the 2015 Agency of the Year awards, and once again in the 2017 Agency of the Year awards. Her work was paramount to winning Silver for the Philippines Digital Agency of the Year in the 2017 Campaign Asia-Pacific Agency of the Year awards.

On the other side of creating instant impact, Donna has a natural talent for creating campaigns with lasting effect – whether to start a movement, influence pop culture, tell a memorable story, or compose stuck-in-your-head songs.

Most importantly, Donna loves afternoon naps, intense workouts, her dog Hugo, and desserts. Oh yes desserts.
