Natalia is an architectural designer and installation artist based in Toronto, Ontario.

She is an enthusiastic young professional, motivated and fully engaged in ambitious and diverse design initiatives. Her passion are projects that are aimed at exploring intersection of art and architecture in the urban environment. Natalia is keen on conceptual ideas supported by architectural theory, as well as sustainability and the potential of renewable energy sources in various climate conditions around the world. She is currently working as an Intern Architect in a dynamic architecture studio in the City of Toronto.

Natalia received her Master of Architecture and Urbanism from the London Metropolitan University (UK) in 2014, and her Bachelor of Architecture from Far Eastern Federal University (Russia) in 2012. International experience working at M57 Arquitectos in Granada, Spain in 2013 expanded her vision and understanding of the unlimited design opportunities worldwide. Natalia was inspired by the beauty of the installation and design projects at M57 which encouraged her to participate in Yona Freedman‘s installation at the V Moscow Biennale of Contemporary Art and to also create a series of projects and photo-graphical works in 2013.

Natalia’s enthusiasm about green design was reinforced by participating in the Holcim Award 2014 (Switzerland) and 2nd Award of the Green Project 2012 in the Student Category (Russia) as well as involvement in publications, conferences and sessions about energy-efficient resources. Natalia’s work also includes architectural photography, drawings, and interior design.
