Susana Rojas and Manuel Martin met in Art School in Venezuela, In 2009 the founded AsteroideB612 Graphic Studio that with years of hard work became the top Studio of their region and one of the best in the country.

The studio became a place where designers could come in learn collaborate and then go on to their own projects.

Together they took on photoshoots, location scouting, concepting social media, video production, editing post, creative copy writing, branding, styling, consulting, store design and almost everything else you could imagine related to the creative field.

The tense socio-political situation of Venezuela had always made their ability to work difficult, to a point that Susana's family was kidnapped, Manuel had been robbed and shot at on several occasions, friends were lost and jailed just for being in disagreement with the current government and they simply could not work later then 6pm because the streets simply became too dangerous.

January 2014 began after a devastating christmas. So Susana had the Idea of creating an uplifting message to motivate us thought out 2015 and beyond. We created a brief video in about a week.
and sent it around.

Once February came we knew no massage could help us now. We were living in a fascist dictatorship. We could not stand it anymore, after so much work and dedication we were losing everything to the point that we almost grew apart. So we took to the streets, we protested we shared our dreams for a better country that would just allow us to work at our full potential we manifested against an oppressive regime, ad we where met with gunfire and explosions and toxic gas (expired tear gas has worse effects) every morning we would look to the sky to see the smoke stacks of the massacre that had taken the streets and would go to and join the fight. We had shut down our studio during this time it was impossible to work as tanks and government thugs would march down the streets terrorizing and killing those that wanted a future.

During this dark time, Susana and Manuel starting looking abroad for opportunities using Manuel as an english speaking vehicle.

In conclusion we got out and here we are, grateful for the life we have been given and the experience gained. We have a unique view that goes into our work and love what we do. It made us strong, brought us together, and has enriched our lives.

Now we just want to share our design with you.

Trayendo lo que los mueve desde el vuelo, los asteroicos (es decir, los B612) procuran, ya no tan exorbitados, innovar en cada proyecto, desde la base hasta el instante en que el producto llega a tus ojos y tus manos.

Sus huellas flotan sobre sus creaciones, integran en equilibrio el espacio y el tiempo, la funcionalidad y la volatilidad, lo objetivo y lo subjetivo.
No le tienen miedo al papel en blanco. Tampoco a las solicitudes por más vagas o descabelladas que vengan. Cualquier encargo es un punto de partida inquietante e irresistible para los inventores del Asteroide B612.
Lo único seguro con ellos es la magia del resultado.
