I studied Fine Art at degree level, graduating from Manchester Metropolitan Uni in 2001. It seems like a lifetime ago now.... I specialised Sculpture there and produced a number of installation pieces exploring light and colour, this had been a fascination of mine since school . I taught myself to use spray paint whilst studying and have a pretty good time since I left art school painting murals and tutoring different community groups around the UK and parts of Europe too. I currently work as a youth worker for Oranga Tamariki and at Stopping Violence Dunedin.

Since moving to Wellington in New Zealand I've been managing an out of school program. We do a lot of arts projects but a variety of other activities too.I do my own work and freelance projects on the side. I am moving to Dunedin in 2017 and hope to continue my mural and canvas work down there.

My current work explores the natural world and specifically environmental conservation. I love animals and birds, recently I am trying to explore the conservation issues around their survival. I hope to show people how much difference we can make to a species if we just make the effort.

I paint because I love it and it is an honor when you can make a living out of it too. I hope you enjoy my galleries. Read Less
