ABOUT
This residence is represented by two monoblocks. The first block combines mainly public functions and includes a large combined kitchen, living room and dining room, guest bedroom, SPA area and garage. The second floor, on the contrary, is presented in the form of private bedrooms with a spacious terrace for relaxation.
Эта резиденция представлена двумя моноблоками. Первый блок собрал в себе преимущественно общественные функции и включает большое объединенное пространство кухни, гостиной и столовой, гостевую спальню, зону СПА и гараж. Второй этаж, наоборот, представлен в виде приватных спален с просторной террасой для отдыха.
CONCEPT
Also, an important role is played by a large amount of panoramic glazing aimed exclusively at the private area. And sliding systems and spacious terraces dissolve the boundaries between the interior and exterior of the house, completely immersing it in the surroundings.
Также, важную роль играет большое количество панорамного остекления, направленного исключительно на приватную зону. А раздвижные системы и просторные террасы растворяют границы между интерьером и экстерьером дома, полностью погружая его в окружение.
ARCHITECTURE
In the decoration we used honest and natural materials: crossbar brick, wood, which reflect the eco-friendly concept of the whole village. Most of the facade consists of structural glazing on concealed aluminum profiles. Glazing height measures in at 3.0 m on the first floor and 2.7 m on the second.
В отделке использованы честные и натуральные материалы: ригельный кирпич, дерево, которые отражают экологическую концепцию всего поселка. Большая часть фасада состоит из структурного остекления на скрытых алюминиевых профилях. Высота остекления составляет 3,0 м на первом этаже и 2,7 м на втором.
