NIKE SKATEBOARDING OLYMPIC 2020

Skateboarding will be premiering in its first games at the 2020 Summer Olympic. With games pushed back to 2021, the release of the Nike SB Olympic shoe is also pushed back.
This new material was created with two new features.
1) Sustainability
2) The next "Flyknit"
Built two skateboarding wear test samples made from this new material. The samples were delivered to skateboarders in L.A. for wear testing. Each pair was different and evaluated for making changes. I assisted the machine programer, designer, and developer on how to build the material, create 4 additional samples and worked on the process flow chart to manufacture in Asia.
Looking forward to seeing these shoes premier at the first Skateboarding Olympic Games.
