Гостиничный комплекс на берегу Дона построен в две линии. На первой — виллы и ресторан, на второй — гостиничный блок на 12 номеров. Также на территории комплекса расположены спа-зона, паркинг, дом для персонала и парковка для яхт.
Мощные каменные пилоны служат опорой для легких объемов, конструктив, которых выполнен из клееного бруса. В качестве единого материала внешней облицовки используется деревянная черепица.
Архитектура ресторана фокусирует внимание на красоте конструктивного острова, намеренно оставленного на виду.

The hotel complex is located by the river Don and built in two lines. On the first line there are villas and a restaurant, on the second – a hotel block for 12 rooms. Besides, on this territory there is a spa area, a parking lot, a staff house and a marina for yachts.
The flooding is possible in this area, that is why all the buildings situated at the sea level. For this purpose, we had designed the potent masonry pier. The buildings are made of glued timber. The roofs and outer walls are covered with wooden tiles.
The restaurant's architecture focuses on the beauty of the constructive framework, which is deliberately left visible.
