The graduate campaign is an integral part of our mission to recruit the young bright minds of the next generation. To help and lead the building of the ideal future for generations to come. Not just improving current infrastructure, but setting up the next generation. 

Our task was to create campaign visuals that would effectively communicate to the target demographic of fresh graduate engineers and architects. We had to find the visual language that would be relatable and effectively speak to the younger generation, with values such as sustainable engineering, green energy, and lowering one's carbon foot print. Innovation with a focus on sustainable solutions was key.

It was a huge blessing to be a part of the team that worked on this project. Everyone played a key role and the finished product really shined with 2 awards won and dozens of recruits who went on to develop their careers in Aurecon and played a part in many successful projects.

The first image displayed and the image above were the main artwork for this campaign, illustrating the idea of entering an innovative ideal future.

The series below was used in further campaign materials which expanded on the idea of "entering a portal to the future". While the first 2 main artworks were from the outside looking in, the series below switches the perspective and sees the subjects entering into the new future from the perspective of inside the portal. The change in perspective continues the visual story of the portals leading you to the future, and also keeps the campaign interesting as the visual progress as the campaign moves forward.

We wanted to approach this video in an unconventional way, showing the possibilities and wonder of working towards a sustainable future. We used a wide array of techniques in After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and Blender to make the vision a reality.
