He is the co-founder of the collective that was born in 2009 two days after Michael Jackson’s death in the European Wild West (Portugal). Since November 2011, Salão Coboi is Apolinário’s solo project, based in Portugal and Switzerland. Salão Coboi means Cowboy Salon in Portuguese, Salon coming from the “Salon de Paris”, which was the greatest art event of the Western World in the 19th century.
