Founded in 2012 within the sprawling megacity of Jakarta, Indonesia, Percolate Galactic is a multidisciplinary creative agency devoted to serving Global Youth markets across the planet. We believe in a funnier, faster, smarter, and leaner approach to communicating ideas.

We operate on a flat management structure. We pay living wages. We are dedicated to creating a fair economic structure for Indonesian creators and creatives. We’re the first business in Indonesia to earn B Corp™ certification. We are nice to animals and the elderly and we say please and thank you.

Our priorities are creating amazing things and making a decent living. We have no shareholders to report to, no account executives paid to wine-and-or-dine, no imposing office space to impress prospective clients or friends from high school. What you’re paying for is the work we do, and nothing else.
