This animation is a promo-video of the Negyed6Negyed7 Festival, wich is organised every year in the 6th and 7th districts of Budapest. Every year the organisers choose a notorious place in the city, and start planning city-rehabilitation programs with the a residents of the area, using the lovely language of culture.
