WINE ROAD is a short comic that was initally comissioned by the owner of Croatia's famous vineyards in Istria for a monography book.
It was a delight to work on this project, especaly since I was teamed up with one of my favourite comic artists who is also my mentor, Igor Kordey. We worked together on both the scenario and the drawing, taking the word "team" to a new level. The result is this beautifully told story about a litle boy who, wandering through his family's vineyard, enters the native fairy world of Istria...
In September 2013 WINE ROAD won first prize on a competition for short comics in Kragujevac, Serbia...
