Myself and four other students from VCA are having an exhibition in May of 2014 at the George Paton Gallery in Melbourne entitled ".jpeg" exploring what an image really is in the internet age and how we can test the boundaries of photography as an art form in reference to this.
For my contribution I wanted to find a way to both see and acknowledge the images that I am inspired by in a single photograph. By taking a long exposure in the same way I would usually view the images (scrolling on the internet) I produced some weird yet wonderful abstractions which I am very happy with.
