Usability Evaluation: M IndicatorMobile App by using 'Think Aloud' protocol method
Hundreds of people use local trains everyday in Mumbai. M-Indicator is amobile application which shows timings and stations of Mumbai suburban localtrain. Bus routes and Taxi fares are also shown. Users were provided withthe app and the usability of app was evaluated with the help of 'Think Aloud'protocol. Navigation problems in the app were realised and relevant suggestionswere made.
