Hair and eyes make lady beautiful. The beauty of the lady (hair & eyes)attracts most of hearts. 
Those beautiful eyes sometimes throw an attitude, love or anger too but they have magic to attract every heart. 
For replicating same thought I have used colourful paper cuttings to present it visually.

Paper Craft is one of the powerful medium to play around, below artwork is just an experimentation with this playful medium. 

In our day to day life we experience numbers of shades of life. There is a happiness-sadness, love- hate, up- downs, sometimes we are very aggressive or sometimes very calm.

Most of the time we feel alone too.. that is the life as we usually say.

 

Through this lamp I tried replicate the same thought. Here I have compared life with mess of threads as life is full of mess, its difficult to unfold easily. On the top & bottom of the lamp I have used black thread that suggest before birth & after death as there may be a darkness before birth & after death.

 

The colourful threads in between suggest colour of life as every colour denotes something: Red is for love, Yellow- Happiness, Black- darkness, White-peace etc etc.

If fire goes out of control it will spoil everything & it spreads darkness but water has a power to control it. Likewise if anger goes out of control only calmness will help to control it.

Same thought  I have tried to replicated with this paper craft in form of lamp.
