The Project required the redevelopment and upgradation of an existing Retail Unit into a Shopping Mall. The newly designed Shopping Mall was to surpass the basic function of fulfilling the day to day Provisional necessities of the public and further provide a source of leisure and entertainment.

The Layout of the Shopping Mall therefore aims at the creation of pockets of open spaces, and decks informally laid out cutting through the solid mass that forms the retail to encourage social gatherings, events (such as Farmers Market)  and entertainment for the people of the community.

For reasons of Ease of movement and Security of the Retail Material, the stalls within the mall were further categorized and segregated into 4 different zones:
zone 1: Non Perishables
zone 2: Food Courts
zone 3: Banks & ATMs
zone 4: Perishables
