The Great British StayCation
The Challenge

With a recession gripping the economic downturn, many luxuries including annual holiday's have overstretched the average British budget. I was propositioned to produce a campaign to promote Britain
as a holiday destination, dubbed the 'StayCation'.


The Solution

Great Britain has a rich cultural heritage stretching back thousands of years and is revered the world over for it's tradition. With such an abundant array of activities described in an evocative manner, there is no reason to venture further afield with so much on our doorstep to discover.



The Result
A silkscreen poster displays an embarrassment of riches to the English holiday-maker, which was further supplemented by a short teaser film and website where more could be discovered behind what the Great British StayCation has to offer.
