Yoplait’s Source Dessert Selection serves up low calorie versions of popular sweets in a fat-free yogourt form. To show off the entire array of flavours in one place, the client needed a single composite image that looked not only natural but tantalizing. Working with a designer for feedback and direction to combine multiple images shot at different times under different conditions into one single spread was a challenge involving colour correction and enhancement, image manipulation and retouching, as well as the addition of shadows and highlights. Now these colourful sweeties have everything but the calories.
