CDDK 15 is a new products which is developing by the Technology Department of Ruyi company. It is an electric pallet stackers with pedal, that allows you to efficiently store and distribute goods and packages, and its maximum loading capacity is 15 tons. It is suitable for operating within a narrow channel, so it is a ideal tool used in warehouse, supermarket, shop to load and unload palletized cargo.
Takes The Advantage Of Pedestrian And Ridable Stacker
The stacker combined the flexibility of pedestrian stacker and the speed of the ridable stacker. No matter it is long-distance, short distance or on a slope transportation, or put goods into corresponding shelf in narrow alleyways, CDDK 15 can be perfectly competent.

A Stacker That Its Internal Engineering Part Had Almostly Been Developed
The internal engineering part had almostly been developed. The original design was done by mechanical engineers. The company wanted to redesign it on the basis of the existing structure, for the shape and color. The final product should have a beautiful design with Xilin characteristics, easy to assembly and maintenance, as well as ensuring its functional performance.
Study of the Structure With the help of Engineers
As the first step of creativity & Sketching phase, I studied engineering structures of cddk15. the engineers of technical department told me what parts cannot be changed, and what part is changeable, the boundary of the change, as well as the change’s effects of appearance and interaction. thus, I can understand some knowledge of feasibility in this design project, and let me have a realistic approach, rather than the endless unrestrained imagination.

Concave Surface Can Give User Sense Of Driving
Based on ergonomic and material technology, combined with the characteristics of ruyi company, I gave inclusive, peaceful feelings by concave surface and relative arc, and it seems closer to the people, at the same time make it more professional and modern. it reflected the principle that form follows function.
Assembly Optimised
Only Remove One Part To Maintain The Internal Parts Normal
Because the Stacker often needs to open the cover to carry out the necessary maintenance of the fuel tank of hydraulic pressure, battery and circuit, so it is necessary to have a simple assembly. The original design needs to disassemble the fence, handle and top panel to open the cover, the optimised structure just need to unscrew a few screws which is much more simple.
The Smooth Surface Gives User A Safe And Sedate Feeling
Compact structure, with two long arcs which are parallel to the ground, gives users the feeling of stable and reliable. On the two side and front, the surfaces are smooth and simple.
The Design Of Top Panel Follows The Arc
On the top panel, there are all operating interface. The top panel are also designed to follow the arc, and make everything look more uniform.
