Patient Support Campaign
Pulling Back the Curtain on What Patients Need vs. What They're Getting
Constantly searching for ways to learn more about how to better serve the needs of its clients and the patients they serve, Micromass Communications enrolled in almost 30 patient support programs to find out what patients were really experiencing. What they found was surprising--and also extremely valuable when it comes to building future programs. The following cross-platform self-promotional campaign was developed to get the word out about the results of the study and to let potential clients know that Micromass is THE choice when it comes to partnering with an agency to develop best-in-class patient support programs.
This was one of three print ads/posters developed to drive people to a microsite that explained more about the patient support study Micromass conducted.
Another print ad/poster in the campaign.
This is the home page of the microsite that provided more information about the study Micromass conducted and also served as the portal through which viewers could download a white paper that featured specific findings and insight gained from the study.
When visitors to the microsite roll over the navigation buttons on the left, content windows appear--providing details about each of the six evaluation criteria Micromass used to evaluate the patient support programs they enrolled in for the study.
Here's the mobile version of the patient support microsite.
We developed an email campaign to drive people to the patient support microsite--where they could download a free copy of the white paper "Building Patient Support Programs that Drive Greater Brand Value--One Patient at a Time."
This frame and the next are excerpts from the white paper--"Building Patient Support Programs that Drive Greater Brand Value--One Patient at a Time." If you want to read the entire paper, email me at kmlashley@nc.rr.com and I'll send you a PDF.
