Brief: Ovenden is a plant hire and haulage business offering a diverse range of services – from delivering bulk bags of bark chippings to supplying 70 tonne excavators. With a brand that had grown organically over 40 years, Ovenden comprises of four separate companies, each run by different family members. A changing customer base and an increasingly competitive marketplace meant that it was time to rethink and update the brand across the whole organisation. 

Solution:
A full day's brand workshop uncovered brand strengths, defined a brand proposition and gained commitment from all the directors for a re-brand, including a tweak to the brand name (from 'Ovendens' to 'Ovenden’).

Result:
Remedy created a solid identity that fully reflects the Ovenden brand promise "to be the team you can trust to deliver what you need, when you need it and at the right price". Brand guidelines have also been developed to help ensure that the brand can be applied consistently across a wide range of applications, from vehicle livery and uniforms to the new website, currently in development.
