Solution Inspired by Jonathan Haidt’s book, The Happiness Hypothesis, I mapped my journey towards happiness over the course of three months. By systematically categorizing and recording pertinent aspects of my life, as well as creating weekly emotive moodscapes, I was able to capture both the scientific and emotive sides of my emotional landscape and map out my path towards happiness.
