TED Guerilla Campaign

Brief Design a simple, cheap, and effective marketing campaign to raise awareness of TED.com and the free videos available on the site.

Solution This campaign evolved from TED’s tag line: Ideas Worth Spreading. Thought provoking questions and statements taken from the conferences are used to arouse curiosity and start conversations. Applications include reusable vinyl stickers and helium filled thought balloons. The stickers are left around the city. People are encouraged to take them, share them, and leave them in new places. The balloons would be carried by TED ambassadors who’s goal is to start conversations.
