Magazine design: Tiki! magazine

Yoobee assignment 2012, par excellence! Tiki!: Explorations in Urban archaeology is a twenty page A4 magazine that, if it were being published for real, would serve as an step-by-step introduction to Tiki culture for those who don't necessarily know much about the subject; but might just be interested in finding out more. This differentiates it from the others out there, such as 'Pocketiki' and 'Tiki Magazine', which are tailored pretty much for hard-core fans and collectors of Tiki merchandise. Articles in my magazine cover a wide range of subjects, from the history of the culture, to influential Tiki-experts, to tropical cocktail recipes, and more–the following visual delights should give you an idea of how this crazy faux-Pacificana stuff all works. Enjoy!
