Just Meat’s packaging system works to correct the functioning errors of fresh meat packaging today.
Meat packaging is often just styrofoam trays with
saran wrap around them. They leak, they cannot be frozen, are not biodegradable, often require more bags, and provide almost no separation between
the consumer and the product.
With “meat for today, meat for tomorrow,” the customer purchases meat for the upcoming week.
The perforated packaging tears into two halves,
one side with a Tupperware container for now,
and the other side to be put into the freezer for
later.
The Just Meat packaging is leak-proof, provides separation from the product, requires no extra containers for leftovers, and is 100% recyclable.
