During my year 2 in Lasalle, we were given a project brief that requires us to preserve one of the dying trade among our cultures in Singapore. The Joss paper culture under Taoism is definitely worth preserving to the younger generation and even outsiders. It is one of the important Chinese cultures that are still widely practice by the elderly. Sadly, not the younger generation yet. This book is created to educate the younger generations of what each Joss paper means. To make this book more interesting, i designed it to be more engaging with interactive elements where viewers can feel the actual Joss paper and understand them without having a page loaded with full of boring Chinese/English text.
