An American leisure and travel program, Starwood Preferred Guests, was looking for concepts that would expand their mobile app to their users on Windows Phone. Beside functions such as finding and booking of a hotel on the pre-existing iOS and Android apps, this app concept includes features that are unique to WP users as well as personalized services. For example, the Scout feature on the Bing map showcases first nearby special offers by the agency and then other travel attractions; in-app access to hotel concierge to request for house-keeping, check-in/out, and wake-up calls etc. 

 

My role on this project includes research, creative direction, UI/UX and design.
