A Windows Phone app pitch to a high-end travel agency while I was working at R2integrated. Beside the finding and booking of a hotel, I was encouraged to incorporate any useful travel features – especially those a Window Phone provides – so that it would be an app that includes a lot more powerful info compare to other similar apps. For example, the Scout feature on the Bing map showcases first nearby special offers by the agency and then other travel attractions; in-app access to hotel concierge to request for house-keeping, check-in/out, and wake-up calls etc.
