A family-owned business started out selling cute dresses on Facebook expanded into the largest employer in North Carolina. As a loyalty program initiative, working with the NYC team, the idea of turtle token rewards program was developed. This project was to integrate such program as a game-like feature into their mobile app and the sales and marketing funnel. Inspired by cute, sweet and fun style of the popular game, users can keep track of their activities, tokens for rewards and invite friends all through the app.

 

My role includes IA/wireframe, design and usability test for the app.
