Help Ur Heart (HUH?) is an organization whose mission is to educate people on ways to live longer. Most of their mission’s funds are raised through multiple races held throughout the country. The race offers several distances from a 5k to a marathon.
The audience of HUH? includes people who are already heart healthy and want to continue to live that lifestyle and those who are ready to transform their lives by getting in shape through exercise.
