My first inspiration was the odd yet elegant posture of a giraffe. It is very awkward, yet beautiful. This initiated a project where my goal was to design a family of lamps with strong personalities.
Through sketching and modelling in Rhino I developed a common language out of materials and the circular shape as the heart in each lamp.
