I illustrated and designed my own announcements for the graduation ceremony at Biola University. I'm an outdoorsy-type person, so I decided on the metaphor of mountaineering. 

For this project, I took inspiration from old European posters that advertised how visitor-friendly they were. 

I had them printed on a blue/purple pearlescent cardstock. The "double-take" effect was just as I had hoped it would be!

Many of the fonts I used are from the Lost Type foundry.
