- Glayva is a little known Scottish Liquor. The challenge is to create activity that resonates with a new younger target audience, and that drives awareness of Glayva and how it should be enjoyed and mixed.
My concept is focus on the way you can mix Glayva and create unique cocktails. I designed ‘mixing machines’ that show all the ingredients you need to create a Glayva cocktail. I feel this creative design will encourage a younger audience to make these cocktails at home and order the cocktails in bars.
I used the Glayva colours, black and orange, throughout my designs so the branding is recognisable and constant.
This menu shows all the different types cocktails you can make using Glayva. This menu can be placed in bars or sold along side the Glayva bottles. The mixing machines bring a modern and fun element, encoraging a younger audinece to try these cocktails.
- I have designed an invite to an exclusive mixing event that will teach people how to mix a Glayva cocktail. This event will be secretive and will be given out with Glayva drinks and bottles. Glayva itself has a secret recipe so I named the event ‘unlock the secret’.
The idea is to create a ‘buzz’ about the event that will encourage audiences to buy the Glayva bottles and drinks so they can attend this event
- These T-shirts and badges can be used in bars as staff uniform or sold promotionally in stores alongside the Glayva bottles.
- This is an app designed so you can mix your own cocktails. You will be able to choose your own mixers and ingredients to design a Glayva cocktails yourself.
Once you have created your cocktail you will be able to save it or send it to the bar where your Glayva cocktail will mixed for you. You will be able to send it to the bar using a wi fi connection. Television screens in the bar will show your cocktail being mixed in the mixing machine, then you can see when your cocktail is ready at the bar.
This new and interactive experience engages with a younger audience, creating a ‘buzz’ about Glayva cocktails.
