This self directed brief was to design a publication in memory of the English FA Cup Football match between Manchester United & Leeds United. The book takes content from a variety of sources including television commentary, press articles, and fans quotes.
This would be sold to Leeds United fans, and is packaged in a 150 gsm square envelope which features a black foil and diecut sticker that runs around to the back. Contents included a double sided six panel poster digitally printed on Croxley Heritage 90gsm stock. This uncoated stock gives the desired texture and tactility that was needed.
The book itself was printed on 120gsm standard satin stock and the cover was printed on 300gsm standard stock with a gloss lamination.
