GEFN: A project where I searched for logo that in the end would be a logo for a fictive restaurant in Copenhagen. First I searched for a story. The story goes about the mythicological origin of Denmark. Once there was a king of Sweden who offered an entertaining old woman a piece of land. This land was just big enough to plow with four bulls. But what the king didn't knew, was that the old lady was a goddess with the name GEFN and the four bulls she used where actually her four sons. Accidentally the sons where also giants. She plowed the piece of land with her sons so hard that earth came loose of Sweden. There was Denmark.
So the restaurant would be a steakhouse with a bull as logo. I repeatedly stylized the form of the bull over and over until I became an abstract logo.
