Fletcher's is a new barbecue spot planning to open in the summer of 2012 at 433 Third Avenue, in Brooklyn's one and only Gowanus. After 24 months of searching, planning, scouting, theorizing, second guessing, and reaffirming, Bill has put the wheels in motion to open up shop in Gowanus. Over the coming years we hope to help further define what is becoming an outright style of barbecue right here in Brooklyn, and more importanly service this unique and historical neighborhood of our beloved Brooklyn home.
