This brief was developed when looking into the philosophy of Michel De Certeau. 

 

 

I created this publication called "Fabrication" to highlight Certeau's theory "that every story is a form of transportation." I wanted to show the journey our mind goes on when reading a story, or more importantly our imagination. The basis to our mind being transportated from reality to another world/life is through our senses, they allow our imagination to transform the written word into a physical world. 

 

The book is handbound and screen printed with flock and foil to create an interactive visual you can touch.
