E-Jet Dinner Party was going down and we had to get people psyched.
It's an annual event that brings together Embraer pilots for a night of good food, music and fun times.
The invite, encrypted for pilots as a NOTAM (Notice To Airmen) from the company.
It was sent to all invited parties via email as "Something we've observed".
I spent some time looking over real NOTAMs to get it,
but I also had to do it without going TOO far with the puns.
The tickets were only sold in advance, so they needed to look good!
The tickets tore at two parts. The first section on the left stayed in the book.
The attendant at the entrance would tear the larger part, leaving the middle piece with the party people to remember the night.
The white boxes were reserved space for the serial numbers.
We also got these rad wristbands made for attendees. The color was based on whether it was Couple/Single ticket.
