An edittable After Effects project file was required for the Lower Thirds, Credits and Scroll.
We saved out an .aet which when opened would create an "Untitled Project", keeping the original project file safe. We also used various tools in After Effects to guide the user:
We used locks, expressions, labelled markers and layer colors to make it easier for the end-user to know what to change and to avoid them accidentally changing something.
