This logo was designed with a couple concepts in mind. One, “Accounting & Tax, LLC” needs to stand out to the viewers because it communicates the services the business offers. Two, the logo utilizes the align left so it is consistent with the brand identity. The brand identity begins with the logo and is incorporated into the rest of the identity system. 

This system is designed around a few layout concepts, whenever the logo is alone it is centered, all the copy is aligned left and there is a border created around the paper by the layout. The color scheme consists of burgundy and white. The use of white compliments the strong red. Negative space is a focus of the layout concept. It allows the logo to pop out and grab the viewers attention.
