This project is based on classic movie by Sergei Parajanov- The Color of Pomegranates. Its a meta-
phorical journey into the inner world of a famous armenian poet Sayat Nova. This film is an art piece that contains numerous folk and poetic symbols of armenian culture. To illustrate this piece of art I repersented some of those symbols as patterns on carpet- popular media for artistic expression in ancient Armenia.
