Proposal for a bakery, they wanted cute baker, that would fit/represent quality goods, with a classic feel to it. Since the design would need to appeal to both males and femal customers they did not want it to girly or the typeface to be too swirly. They also wanted to see purple in the design.
So I created a friendly baker charcter who is proud to be a baker. Iwent for a retro, modern aesthetic to the design and tried to find a bold, retro, yet friendly font that would represent a bakery and not look out of place.
