Brookfield Properties came to us with the request to give them a more efficient method for the booking and collaboration within meetings. Built upon various API's and Exchange servers, we provided them with a platform that allows them to quickly and easily find rooms that fit their needs, as well as once the meeting takes place giving them a canvas by which to help facilitate collaboration. Once a meeting ends, this canvas lives on giving all the employees present access to meeting notes, media, and related content. In essence we combined Outlook and other productivity tools to create a custom software solution perfectly tailored to the needs of this corporation.
